Mostly during the winter, we feel a little dullness in our bodies. We must refresh our bodies in this process.

We Intake a heavy diet in winter which increases Calories so before summer arrives it is necessary that we need to detoxify our bodies.

To do this, you can take the help of a detox diet. Toxins can be removed from the body through this diet.

Drink a glass of lukewarm lemonade in the morning for breakfast. Lemon water on an empty stomach keeps the metabolism and digestive system healthy and harmful substances are removed from the body. 

After this, get fresh and do light exercise. Consume soaked almonds, walnuts etc. at night. After an hour or two, take a green smoothie made of green leafy vegetables. 

You can also take a bowl of boiled moong and green leafy vegetables. This will make you feel energetic and refreshed.

After this, you can drink green tea half an hour before lunch. After this, you can eat rice with a bowl of boiled vegetables in lunch.

Or eat salad of vegetables, cucumber, tomato, radish, broccoli, cabbage etc. in lunch. Then you can also have a bowl of beetroot salad and a bowl of vegetable raita.

There is usually eight hours between lunch and dinner. During this, a little hunger starts in the evening. At this time, eat a bowl of mixed salad of fruits and vegetables.

Go to bed only after two hours of having dinner. It would be better to have boiled vegetables or their soup only at night. Do not eat oily-spicy food or non-vegetarian food.

Drink four to five liters of water a day. Get a good six to eight hours of sleep at night. This will make you feel refreshed the next day.
